% 21.05.2018 Mr. Parvesh Saroha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the learned Family Court, in this behalf, in the first instance, with an application seeking recall of the warrant of arrest issued against him and an undertaking to deposit the entire amount, in terms of the earlier order dated 28th March, 2018.

Leave and liberty granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
