% 08.10.2018 CM No. 41884/2018 (filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the petition being satisfied) The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been instituted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner, seeking withdrawal of the accompanying writ petition, in view of the circumstance that, the relief prayed for therein, has since been satisfied. Issue notice.

Ms. Puja Kalra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and fairly does not oppose the application.

In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the present application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The application is disposed of accordingly.
