BAIL APPLN. 931/2016 1.

By filing the present bail application, the petitioner is seeking interim bail in case FIR No.652/2014 under Section 302/201 IPC, PS Geeta Colony, New Delhi on the ground that he has to appear in his CA final examinations (Group II).

Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. 3.

Mr.Pradeep Teotia, Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pursuing C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BAIL APPLN. 931/2016

India. He further submits that the petitioner has to appear in his final examinations scheduled to be held from 02.05.2016 till 16.05.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for grant of interim bail to the petitioner to be enable him to appear his CA examinations (Final). 4.

Alongwith the bail application, the petitioner has also annexed his admit card as well as the Time Table Acknowledgement Record as per which the final examinations of Group II are schedules for10th, 12th, 14th and 16th, May 2016.

Taking into consideration the grounds for which the petitioner is seeking interim bail i.e. to appear in his CA final year examinations (GroupII), it is directed that the petitioner be released for a period of fifteen days from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned Jail Superintendent.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent after expiry of period of interim bail. 7.

Application stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and compliance.
