After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that respondent no.4 will pay a sum of Rs.9 lacs to the appellants through appellant no.1 in full and final satisfaction of all the claims of the appellants which are subject matter of the present litigation. This amount of Rs.9 lacs be paid within three months from today. On receipt of such amount by the appellants through appellant no.1 all claims between all the parties against each other which are subject matter of this litigation will

stand settled and satisfied.

In case the amount of Rs.9 lacs is not paid within three months from today, then, the appellants will be entitled to interest @ 18% per annum simple on the sum of Rs.9 lacs from today and till the date of payment.
