By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to file special leave petition, arrange funds and re-establish social ties.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report family of the petitioner comprises of his parents and brother, who are residing at House No.161, Near Post Office, Village Masood Pur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Besides the FIR in question, that is, FIR No.69/2009 registered at PS Vasant Vihar under Sections 364/302/201/394/468/471 IPC the petitioner was involved in other cases of Section 302 IPC and under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).

Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in other cases of Section 302 IPC and also cases under MCOCA, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
