% 10.01.2020 CM APPL. 833/2020 (for directions) This application seeks clarification of the order dated 30.10.2019 which had directed the applicant to deposit the Demand Draft of the relevant amount before the learned Tribunal within three weeks thereof. The said demand draft and due monies have been deposited. The applicant had erroneously deposited a demand draft in the Registry of this Court in terms of the Court's order dated 13.08.2014, it has now been returned to the applicant. Let the same be encashed and the amount, which was debited at the time of issuance of the said Demand Draft, be credited into the relevant bank account.

The application is disposed-off in terms of the above.
