% 29.07.2016 Mr. Kundu submits that the police has already registered the FIR being FIR No.259/2016 dated 28.07.2016 at Police Station - Tilak Marg under Section 420/ 120B IPC on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. A copy of the aforesaid FIR has been tendered to Mr. Thareja. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Thareja is satisfied and does not press this petition.
