The petitioner has filed the present application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the time for making the arbitral award be extended by a further period of three months from 15.05.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also joins in making the said request. The learned counsel for the parties state that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the time for making the award is extended by a further period of four months from 15.05.2018.
