% 08.07.2016 Crl.M.B. No.1217/2016 in Bail Appl. No.925/2016 7th July, 2016 having been declared a holiday, the matter is taken up today.

By this application the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that the marriage of his niece is to be performed on 11th July, 2016. The factum of marriage of Ms. Nancy, daughter of the real brother of the petitioner being fixed for 11th July, 2016 has been verified by the learned APP. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of one week from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate. Application is disposed. Order dasti.
