W.P.(C) 4060/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to withdraw the letter dated 30th March, 2016 whereby the admission of the minor petitioner has been cancelled on the ground that the income certificate forwarded by his parents was fake and forged. Along with the petition, no valid and subsisting income certificate has been enclosed.

Consequently, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to any relief. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed. MANMOHAN, J MAY 09, 2016 js
