This is an appeal filed under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), impugning an interim order dated 14.03.2018 (hereafter 'the impugned order') passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the impugned order does not survive as, thereafter, the Arbitral Tribunal has rendered a final award on 02.05.2018 and the respondent is in the process of enforcing that award.

In this view, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application. 4.
