Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that one of the petitioners has already retired, and the other petitioner has been repatriated to the parent department where he has been promoted. Therefore, the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal is not required to be implemented.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing further remains to be done in the present appeal. 3.

In view of submissions made by both the parties, the present appeal stands disposed of and accordingly, the impugned order passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal is hereby set aside. 4.

However, there is no embargo in implementing the order of learned CAT in the case of other candidates.

It is clarified that the order of the learned CAT pertains only to the present respondents.
