% 03.10.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is brotherin-law (devar) of deceased. Allegations of beatings are not against the petitioner. Petitioner is 26 years of age and is in custody for the last more than 9 months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
