1. The respondent is present in Court with his counsel. We have interacted with the respondent as well as his counsel. The respondent is willing to have a full and final settlement with the appellant upon receipt of Rs. 35 lacs in all, inclusive of all his claims towards gratuity etc. No other amount under any other head or account is claimed by him over and above the amount of Rs. 35 lacs.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the said amount of Rs. 35 lacs shall be paid to the respondent within six weeks from today.

3. Upon receipt of the said amount, the respondent shall withdraw all

pending proceedings. All pending proceedings shall be adjourned in the meantime and no further proceedings shall be undertaken for the period of within six weeks within which the payment shall be made to the respondent.
