The petitioner has challenged the order dated 3rd March, 2017 whereby the learned Labour Court has permitted the additional documents to be taken on record and allowed the respondent to lead additional evidence. 2.

The four documents mentioned in para 2(a), (b), (c) and (d) are signed by the petitioner whereas one document is receipt of the money order of wages of one month as salary notice and remaining are photocopies of the leave applications filed by the petitioner.

The documents appear to be relevant for determining the real issues between the parties and therefore, there is no infirmity in the learned Labour Court taking the documents on record and permitting the additional evidence to be led by the respondent.

There is no merit in the writ petition which is hereby dismissed. The application is also dismissed.
