Though the order dated 1st August, 2016 is of Justice Manmohan Singh but considering the nature of the application the need to have the application placed before him is not felt.

The suit though disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at but at the stage of final hearing and thus Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 as applicable to Delhi is not attracted.

The counsel for the plaintiff/applicant seeks to withdraw the application.
