CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 18.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has impugned the Respondents' order dated 13.11.2017, whereby his application for allotment of alternative plot has been rejected on the ground of nonsubmission of requisite documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, aggrieved by the impugned order, the petitioner had made a representation dated 07.05.2018 to the respondent and at this stage he would be satisfied, if the respondent is directed to decide the said representation within a time-bound manner.

Mr.Yeeshu Jain, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice for the respondent, submits that he does not have any objection to the aforesaid course of action.

Accordingly, the petition alongwith pending application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the

petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2018 within a period of 12 weeks from today, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order passed by the respondent, it will open to him to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
