Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ("Cr.P.C.") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0358/2000, under Sections 147/149/186/188/332/353/341 IPC and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, registered at PS: Civil Lines and all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Preset Petition had been filed in the year 2018. 3.

As told by learned counsel, charges have been framed against 34 out of 51 accused persons in the year 2019. Further, the Petitioners are amongst those, against whom charges have been directed to be framed. Since, the charges have already been directed to be framed, interestingly, the order on charge has not been challenged by the Petitioners. 4.

Considering the submissions, nothing more survives in the present Petition, which is rendered infructuous. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners, which may be taken up in the appropriate proceedings, the Petition is disposed of. Pending Application, if any, also stand disposed of.
