% 01.11.2018 Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is not a resident of Delhi and looking into the nature of allegations raised against the petitioner vis-avis his conduct and bias towards respondent No.4, which are not rebutted by the petitioner in spite of a direction to file an affidavit, we are not inclined to interfere in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction.

The petition is dismissed.
