CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

% 18.05.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are also present in Court along with their counsel, who accepts notice. Respondent nos.2 and 3 have been identified by SI Hardip Dhall of police station Bhalswa Dairy.
Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, inasmuch as, have received entire settled amount. They have no objection in case FIR No. 30/2012 under Sections 452/323/354/34 IPC registered at police station Bhalswa Dairy is quashed. Affidavits of respondent nos.2 and 3 are also on record to this effect. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and
respondent nos.2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
