CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA
O R D E R
% 08.09.2017 Petitioner approached this Court seeking relief, as under : "......................................................................................................... this Hon'ble Court, may kindly be pleased to immediately stop the illegal and unauthorized factories being run in the name of M/s Kali Ghatta in the property bearing no. I-7, LHS, Arya Samaj road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi till pendency of the present petition, in the interest of justice." In terms of the last order, the affected party-M/s Kali Ghata has come to be impleaded as respondent no.4 in the amended memo of parties.
Ld. counsel for the newly added party respondent no.4-Kali Ghata submits that the property, from where the respondent no. 4 was carrying on the non-
confirming activities, actually bears municipal nos. I-8, 9, 10, Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar, Delhi and not I-7, Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. It is so, even in the status report that has come to be filed by way of counter affidavit on behalf of respondent-SDMC. Be that as it may, the subject activities have come to be closed down by respondent no.4 and nothing survives in the instant petition. On being queried, it was also stated on behalf of the petitioner that though, the petitioner was also running a similar business activity, but, it has come to be closed way back in the year 2015. Statement so made, is taken on record. Petition stands disposed off accordingly. A. K. CHAWLA, J SEPTEMBER 08, 2017 rc
