% 08.09.2017 The petitioner has approached the Court for the alleged unauthorized construction being raised in the subject property bearing no. G-1839, Tigri Colony, New Delhi. As per the status report filed on behalf of respondent-South DMC, demolition order was passed on 28.3.2017 and that has come to be assailed by way of a statutory appeal before AT, MCD and thereunder, certain injunction orders have come to be passed.
