% 25.05.2018 We have heard the petitioner and his wife who are present in Court. The petitioner's wife is not willing to co-habit with him. The petitioner's minor daughter - Anam is residing with her mother. In these circumstances, no further orders are called for in this petition. However, since the petitioner has expressed his desire to meet his daughter and has also expressed apprehensions about her well being, we permit the petitioner to meet his daughter Anam whenever she wishes to meet the petitioner. The meeting shall take place in the presence of a lady constable from the local police station in plain clothes at a public place to be mutually agreed between the petitioner and his wife. The petitioner shall inform the SHO, PS Nihal Vihar as well as his wife about the proposed
meeting. The meeting shall take place twice a week i.e. on Wednesday and Saturday at 11.00 a.m.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
