The petitioner's grievance is that it does not wish to go ahead with its export consignment which has not been cleared. It cites several letters and representations to the respondents, requesting for withdrawal of the export consignments but to no avail. Having regard to the peculiar circumstances, the respondents are hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner - the latest being on 14.02.2017 (page 77 of the paper
book) at the earliest expedience and pass appropriate orders not later than 10 days from today. The respondents shall also pass necessary orders with respect to issue of Detention Certificate for the period in question.
