The petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.170/2015 under Sections 20/61/85 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar.

Status report is on record. It has been verified that the petitioner's wife is to undergo surgery on 25.05.2018. Petitioner's address has been verified.

Petitioner is in the custody since 04.03.2015. In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to take care of his ailing wife at the time of medical procedure on 25.05.2018, the petitioner is granted interim bail for three weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. BAIL APPLN. 1173/2018

It is further ordered that during this interim bail period the petitioner shall not go out of Delhi and Gurgaon. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail. After expiry of the interim bail the petitioner shall place on record the necessary documents showing that his wife had undergone surgery on 25.05.2018. The trial Court shall verify this fact. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
