The Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC) have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners against the summoning Order dated 27.07.2017. 2.
Vide Order dated 22.08.2024; this Court had given an opportunity to the Petitioners, to file the Revision Petitions, before the learned Sessions Court. It is submitted that the Revision Petitions have already been filed before the learned Sessions Court but the Condonation Applications are being considered by the Court.

Learned ASJ to proceed in accordance with law and may consider exclusion of the time taken before this Court, while considering the Condonation Applications.

Nothing further survives in the present Petitions, which are hereby disposed of along with the pending Applications.
