Perusal of the record shows that another Bail Application No.687/2018 seeking similar reliefs filed by the petitioner is pending before Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the online website is showing the said application to be disposed of, however, there is no order of disposal of the said application.

He prays for leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the said Court in Bail Appln.No.687/2018 for clarifications.

This Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
