W.P.(C) No.4503/2016 & C.M.Nos.18751-18753/2016 After some arguments, Mr.Ramesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh settlement proposal. In the event such settlement proposal is filed within a period of two weeks, the respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with the law. This Court however clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
