% 14.10.2019 CRL.M.A. 34932/2019 It is not in dispute that the matter was compromised between the parties. The appellant/applicant is the complainant who filed the appeal and acquittal order was passed by the Ld. Trial Court vide order dated 10.12.2013.

However, during pendency of appeal, the parties have entered into a settlement and consequently the appeal was withdrawn. The present application is filed on behalf of accused persons for release of FDRs.

Keeping in view the above mentioned and undisputed facts submitted by learned counsel for the appellant, the Registrar General of this Court is directed to release the FDR amount with interest accrued thereon on taking

steps by the applicant.
