The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 22nd October, 2018 which is on record and is marked as Ex.C-1. 2.

The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 22nd October, 2018. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. The defendant has paid Rs.1,00,000/- to the plaintiff in terms of the settlement.

The parties shall not give any publicity to the proceedings in this suit as well as the settlement agreement and the decree passed on its basis. 4.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks refund of the Court fees. Since the matter has been resolved through mediation, the Registry shall issue a certificate to the plaintiffs for refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
