Vide order dated 16th February, 2016, the Writ Court directed the respondent to disposed off the petitioner's representations Annexure P1, P5, P6, P8 and P10 within a period of eight weeks. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for Central Government submits that vide letter dated 06th May, 2016, the respondent has communicated the decision in report of Annexure P1, P5, P6 and P10 to the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision has not been communicated with respect to P8. Let the decision with respect to P8 be also communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same if the decision in respect of Annexure P8 is not communicated by the respondent to the petitioner. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail

appropriate legal remedies against the decision taken by the respondent in accordance with law.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
