O R D E R

% 12.04.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the writ court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for appropriate relief with reference to the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, his request being that he may be protected against final decision being rendered by the Reference Court, in the meanwhile, giving him sufficient time for such petition to be filed.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners have the liberty to approach the writ court within six weeks hereof. The stay against the final decision being rendered by the reference court shall remain operative for a period of six weeks. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
