% 20.05.2015 Appellant and respondent have settled their disputes amicably. On the last of date hearing respondent had offered a sum of `75,000/-, which he has already paid to the appellant, towards full and final settlement. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this offer is acceptable to the appellant. Accordingly, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, impugned order is set aside.

Appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
