% 12.07.2018 Crl. M.A. no.9877/2018 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. CRL.M.C. 2770/2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 & 2. Respondent no.3 Mr.Mohit is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Jitender Kumar of PS Welcome Colony. Respondent no.3 accepts notice and submits that he has settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide compromise deed dated 09.10.2017. Respondent no.3 submits that he has no objection in case FIR No.313/2015 under

Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Welcome Colony and the consequent proceedings are quashed against petitioners. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent no.3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
