O R D E R

(ORAL) 1.

For the relief claimed in this petition, a Legal Notice (Annexure P-4) was sent by petitioners on 5th May, 2018 to second respondent-FCI. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is no response to the said Legal Notice (Annexure P-4).

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to second respondent-FCI to treat the said Legal Notice (Annexure P-4) as a Representation and pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of eight weeks and convey its fate to petitioners, through the author of Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-4) within two weeks thereafter, to enable petitioners to have recourse to law, if need be. Till the fate of Legal Notice/Representation W.P.(C) 5501/2018

(Annexure P-4) is conveyed to petitioners, through the author of Legal Notice, the seniority in terms of Annexures P-1 & P-2 be not finalized, if not already done.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for petitioners and the second respondent-FCI.
