O R D E R

(ORAL) 1.

Impugned order of 10th April, 2018 (Annexure P-7) terminates service of petitioner on account of her not qualifying the second confirmation test. Petitioner's probation was extended till 1st March, 2018 to enable her to clear the confirmation test. 2.

According to petitioner's counsel, due to medical problems, petitioner could not effectively perform in the second confirmation test and in light of the State Bank of Hyderabad (Officers) Service Regulations, 1979, another chance to clear confirmation test ought to be given to petitioner. However, in this regard, no representation has been made to respondents by petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a W.P.(C) 6030/2018

Representation against impugned order (Annexure P-7) within a week from today. If any such Representation is received by respondent-Bank, then a speaking order thereon be passed by respondent-Bank in light of applicable rules and regulations and if permissible, another chance be afforded to petitioner to clear the confirmation test, and the fate of petitioner's Representation be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Needful be done by respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks of receipt of such Representation by petitioner. 4.
