% 25.07.2018 IA 9689/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the main petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on the ground that the parties have entered into a settlement and have also executed a Settlement Deed dated 10th July, 2018.

The application stands allowed.

ARB.P. 441/2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the disputes between the parties have been settled and irrevocable deed of settlement dated 10th July, 2018 has been executed between the parties, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
