% 14.07.2016 Deepika has been produced from Nirmal Chhaya. Ms. Pallavi Sharma, Advocate from the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committe has interacted with Deepika in the chamber. We have also spoken to Deepika and her mother Asha Devi in the chamber in the presence of Ms. Pallavi Sharma, Advocate.

We had thereafter called Armaan to the chamber and have spoken to him.

Both Deepika and Armaan are minors being less than 18 years

of age. Deepika expressed her desire to study. Armaan had also stated he would like to study. It appears that there was an attempt to get Deepika married to another person. We have on the said aspect spoken to Asha Devi, mother of Deepika, who has stated that she wants that Deepika should study and they would get Deepika married once she is an adult and as per her wishes.

Deepika has expressed her desire to go to her parents' residence. We permit and allow Deepika to go to her parents' house from the Court itself.

The writ petition is disposed of.
