% 09.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of habeas corpus to protect the life and liberty of her son Raju Rajput and his family including her two grand children. Notice was issued in the matter on 05.05.2016 when Raju Rajput, his wife, two children were directed to be produced. On 06.05.2016, Raju Rajput and his family were produced in Court. Raju Rajput had stated that such is the level of threat that he has not been able to send his five years old child to school for the past four months under the threat of creditors of his brother who have made life hell for him and his family. Time was sought by the State to file the status report.
Status report has been handed over in Court. The Beat Constable as also SI Anish Sharma, Police Station Kalkaji are also present in Court. The petitioner and his wife who are present in Court are also represented through
their counsel are satisfied that necessary steps have been taken to ensure their safety and security. The status report is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.
