The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (Central) on 23.03.2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff or his counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice (without process fee) to the plaintiff as well as to his counsel for the next date for
