% 15.02.2019 The petitioner seeks demolition of an alleged unauthorized structure at property bearing No. 1-D comprised in Khasra No. 51 at Arjun Nagar Village, Safdarjung Enclave, Humayun Pur, New Delhi. Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force set-up by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs of the Government of India vide Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 issued under directions of the Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
