% 22.01.2019 Impugned order of 27th October, 2017 has upheld petitioner's conviction under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments, Act, 1881, and sentence of simple imprisonment for one year with fine of ₹2,00,000/-. While entertaining this Revision Petition, the sentence awarded to petitioner was not suspended and notice of this petition was issued to respondent No.2-complainant on two occasions, but on both the occasions, petitioner has not taken steps to serve respondent No. 2. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition, as even on the third call in the post lunch session, none appears on behalf of petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition and the applications are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
