By an Award dated 22.04.2017, the learned Presiding Officer, MACT has awarded a sum of Rs.12,85,192/-.

It is submitted by the counsel for the parties that copy of permit was filed in the appeal, which has been verified by the Insurer to be in order. Counsel for the respondent/Insurer had no objection if the order of the MACT granting recovery right is revoked.

In view of the above, the order of the MACT to the extent of granting recovery rights to the Insurer shall not be available to Insurer. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

5.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
