% 27.01.2020 None has appeared for the petitioner. Respondent has filed a status report which show that they have taken action as per law. It is pointed out that the property has been sealed. However, it appears that occupiers have broken the seal. An FIR was lodged on 2.12.2019 and the properties have been re-sealed. Re-sealing action letter has also been sent to the concerned SHO PS Safdarjung Enclave. It appears that owners have again tampered with the seal which was noticed on 20.1.2020. FIR has again been lodged against the owners about the repeated violation/seal tampering by the owners of the flat.

None has appeared for the petitioner. Respondents are taking steps against the property in question. The SHO of the local police station, namely, Police Station Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi is directed to expeditiously deal with the FIRs lodged by SDMC in accordance with law. A copy of this order will be sent to the concerned SHO, Safdarjung Enclave by the Registry without filing of process fee. Petition stands disposed of.
