In the facts and circumstance of this case, it is deem appropriate to dispose of this case with direction to the respondents to give a speaking response to petitioner's complaint (Annexure-A) within a period of six weeks. The fate of petitioner's complaint be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that the petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
