2. Learned counsel for the Respondent assures the Court that the refund order be issued not later than one week from today.

3. In that view of the matter, it is directed that not later than two weeks from today the entire refund amount along with interest payable thereon will be credited to the account of the Petitioner by the VAT Department. WP (C) 2772/2017

4. The petition is disposed of in above terms. If there is any non-compliance with the above direction, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
