The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.204/2016 registered under Sections 186/353/332/323/34 IPC at PS South Rohini. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2016. She is the wife of Sube Singh who allegedly obstructed the public servant in the discharge of his duties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
