Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent/DDA has returned with instructions. He submits that the order dated 13.09.2018 has not been breached in any manner by the Respondent/DDA. He further submits that the Petitioner continues to be in possession of the subject premises and the status quo has not been disturbed. The statement of learned Standing Counsel for Respondent/DDA is taken on record. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner reiterates his contention that he would take appropriate steps for regularisation of this land under PM UDAY Scheme. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.
The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending Application shall also stand closed.
