% 13.07.2017 Learned counsel for the appellant states that in the writ petition, the interim order passed by the Tribunal had been assailed whereafter the present LPA had been preferred challenging the order passed in the writ petition. He submits that during the pendency of the present LPA, the Tribunal has disposed of the main case before it. In these circumstances, it cannot be doubted that the present appeal has become infructuous which is disposed of as such. The application also stands disposed of.
