% 28.04.2017 Status report has been tendered on behalf of the State which is taken on record. The missing lady Ms.Sushma Mishra, the daughter of the petitioner has been produced in court. As per the status report, by putting IMEI number of the mobile phone of the missing person on trace, she has been located at Etawah. She is working as priestess in Kali Mandir at Etawah. Ms.Sushma Mishra is present in court and she states that she neither wants to accompany her father nor her husband and she wishes to remain at Etawah in Kali Mandir. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded to the same effect.
Since Ms.Sushma Mishra is a major and she states that she does
not wish to return to her father or her husband and on account of the fact that she has been located, this petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
